According to Mahfood, Wisynco has exciting plans and ideas to execute to fully participate in the greatest reggae show on earth.
“We have some plans in the pipeline that will engage and excite the public, however they haven’t been finalised as yet and Kim has been charged with rolling out those plans, which when I last spoke with her, promises to be an exciting experience for the patrons who attend the event this year; but what I can say is this, everyone knows that the only thing Wisynco cares about is ensuring that we provide excellent value to our consumers.”

“The festival is an important part of Jamaica’s entertainment business and the organizers have managed to put on this event for 18 years, and each year it gets bigger and continues to have a positive impact on the entertainment industry and by extension, our country,” Mahfood commented.
“It is a fact, because studies have shown that the tourism industry benefits from the festival, as it provides an economic boom for the second-city, hotel rooms are always booked to capacity and more, and something this important to Jamaica, could not be done without the continuous support of companies like Wisynco Group Limited, says Johnny Gourzong of Summer Fest Productions.
This year’s Reggae Sumfest will feature local entertainers such as Shaggy, Beenie Man, Tarrus Riley, Jah Cure, Elephant Man, Queen Ifrica, I-Octane, Konshens, Stacious, Chino, Tessanne Chin, Gramps Morgan and Tifa; and international acts such as Chris Brown to name a few.
