Ocean Spray Wata fetes High Achievers

Award winning, popular beverage Ocean Spray Wata on Wednesday April 21 feted honourees chosen for the Bigga High Achievers Awards with an evening of spa treatments at the popular Adam & Eve Day Spa in Kingston. The women will be awarded at the Bigga Jamaica Oaks Race Day on Saturday April 24 and were pampered with massages, facials, pedicures and manicures in while chatting and bonding with each other and lyming with members of the media and Wisynco staff members.
 
A smiling Kimberly Lawson said that the Wisynco Group was happy to treat the ladies to some relaxation, as they are all “busy, hard-working women who deserve a break and deserve to be pampered.”
 
Lawson heads the Wisynco Groups’ Public Relations, Sponsorships and Events portfolio, and added that “We realised that our honourees deserve much more than just the award and special treatment on the day of the awards ceremony. So through our refreshing brand Ocean Spray Wata, we feted them as they ready themselves for the to be honoured on Saturday”.
 
 “Come Saturday it is going to be non-stop excitement. Earlier in the week, we announced that dancehall dynamos Tifa and QQ will perform at our after races concert, and we have a bunch of other activities lined up to entertain patrons and keep the day interesting and fun,” Lawson said.
It is at the event where the ladies will be honoured with the Bigga High Achievers award, which is something Lawson is particularly proud of.
“Jamaican women need to be celebrated more, and we found a group of eclectic, beautiful, ambitious, hardworking, accomplished, and successful women who have made their names in various fields and deserve to be recognised. That is something particularly proud of this and we invite everyone to come out and support and celebrate these women with us. And remember, it’s a hat day!”
 
The Bigga Jamaica Oaks Race Day will take place at the Caymanas Race Track in St Catherine, on Saturday April 24. Wisynco’s flagship brand will honour Andrea Coy, Andrea Wright, Senator Marlene Malahoo-Forte, Tina Myers-Matalon, Tara Playfair-Scott, Sharon Schroeter, Paula Anne Porter-Jones, KImala Bennett, Dahlia Harris and Carolyn Gomes at the event, in recognition of their accomplishments in their fields and contribution to Jamaica.
