THE thousands of persons expected to attend the 17th staging of Reggae Sumfest will benefit from the Wisynco Group's commitment to making the best of all experiences. The distribution and manufacturing company will be giving a $50 instant cash-back rebate to ticket- holding Reggae Sumfest patrons, when they purchase drinks at the event.

WISYNCO GROUP ROLLS BACK PRICES, CONSUMERS TO BENEFIT!!

Today Wisynco Group Limited, manufacturers and distributors of some 100 premium brands in Jamaica, announced that they will roll back the prices of the full portfolio of their brands.

Jamaican soft drink company Wisynco Group Limited, through it’s flagship brand Bigga, will be honouring 12 women who have excelled in their respective fields on Saturday, April 24 at the Bigga Jamaica Oaks Day, which will be held at Caymanas Track Limited in St Catherine. The Bigga Jamaica Oaks Race Day was originally celebrated as an ladies’ day because on this day,  only female horses or ‘Fillies’ will race, and this year they will contend for the Bigga-sponsored purse of $1-million.

Kingston, Jamaica:- The Wisynco Group is pleased about the successful staging of this years’ Bigga Jamaica Oaks Race Day and the Bigga High Achievers Award Ceremony, which was held on Saturday April 24 at the Caymans Race Track in St Catherine.

With a $3-million dollar purse, and an array of successful accomplished women to be honoured by the Jamaican soft drink brand, the day proved to be much more than a day for watching the ponies. Joffia Johnson-Bell, Bigga’s Brand Development Executive said that the she was ecstatic about the day’s events.

Award winning, popular beverage Ocean Spray Wata on Wednesday April 21 feted honourees chosen for the Bigga High Achievers Awards with an evening of spa treatments at the popular Adam & Eve Day Spa in Kingston. The women will be awarded at the Bigga Jamaica Oaks Race Day on Saturday April 24 and were pampered with massages, facials, pedicures and manicures in while chatting and bonding with each other and lyming with members of the media and Wisynco staff members.

The season's third classic, the Bigga Jamaica Oaks, for native bred three-year-old fillies, will be run at Caymanas Park on Saturday, August 24 and in keeping with the Ladies Day theme, 12 women who have distinguished themselves in the wider society will be honoured.

William Mahfood is ramping up capacity by 30-40 per cent at Wisynco Group's factory in White Marl, St Catherine, requiring an investment of $600 million in a new beverage line on which construction should start next month.

Mahfood wants to grow production to one million cases, up from the current 600,000 to 700,000, a target he hopes to hit by summer when the expansion is to be finalised.

Wisynco Foods Limited in June will open a Domino's Pizza outlet in Bogue, Montego Bay, its ninth branch on the island. The company said the move is being made as part of its commitment to enhancing customer service in Jamaica.
